Data Deletion Instructions
CreatorPay users may request deletion of their CreatorPay account and personal information associated with their connected Instagram or Facebook accounts.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@creatorpay.co.in from the email address associated with your CreatorPay account, if possible.
- Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include the account identifier or Instagram username associated with your CreatorPay profile. Do not send your password or access token.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
You can also revoke CreatorPay's access through your Facebook or Instagram settings under connected business integrations or apps. Revoking access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically remove records already stored by CreatorPay. To request removal of stored information, contact us using the steps above.
What happens next?
After verification, we will review and process your deletion request, subject to records we must retain for legal, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations. We will respond with the outcome of your request. Removing data may prevent access to campaign history or associated features.
